Pascal Altendorf
Co-Founder & CEOPascal spent his first two years of university applying to programs he was fundamentally under-qualified for. Not because he wasn't capable, but because nobody told him what the path actually looked like. He built Clarity Careers so no student has to waste that time.
Yesieniia Liaskina
Co-Founder & CPOYesieniia experienced firsthand how students with identical ambitions ended up in completely different places, purely based on who they happened to know. She leads product at Clarity Careers to make sure the right information reaches every student, not just the lucky ones.

Fellowships, funded programs, direct employer contacts. They always seemed to reach students who already had the right connections. We didn't.
